View a simplified Buyer Representation Agreement form

In order to have the piece of mind that your real estate agent is representing only your best interests, you must create a Buyer Representation relationship by signing a form known as the "Buyer Representatin Agreement".  Without this form your Realtor is legally obligated to act in a fair, ethical and professional manner, but not representing your best interests.

The B.R.A. is a standard real estate form that formalizes your client relationship with Martin.  Once you have signed the B.R.A. Martin becomes legally obligated to pursue your best interests and not the seller's.  It also places a legal obligation on you as the buyer to stay loyal to your Realtor and not work with any other real estate agents during the course you have agreed upon.

Even if you decide to use another real estate agent, make sure you commit to someone and avoid floating around from agent to agent.  In doing so, you will never receive the best service possible because your commitment level will be put into question.
